Product Description
The 80g semi gloss paper label offers superior performance through its combination of a high semi-gloss white coated paper and a semi-gloss white glassine liner. The 80g/m² face material, with a thickness of 0.072mm, provides a smooth, glossy surface for excellent printability and visual appeal, ideal for branding and information labels. The 58g/m² super-calendered glassine backing, with a thickness of 0.055mm, facilitates smooth release and efficient handling during application.

Product Application
Widely used in promotional and industrial semi-gloss color label printing. Typical applications such as cosmetic labels, pharmaceutical labels and industrial labels. This product can be attached to the flat and typical surface of most substrates, including cardboard and plastic film. This material is not suitable for use on PVC substrates.

Converting
The super-calendered semi-gloss surface is ideal for monochrome and color printing in a variety of printing processes. Care should be taken to control the viscosity of the ink to prevent the coating from falling off due to over-viscous ink.
Suitable for rotary and flat processing methods, suitable for bronzing. Avoid excessive rewinding tension, resulting in label overflow.
For fine barcode printing, a comprehensive print test evaluation is required.
